3. Booking & Deposits

Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final payment must be received prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Pricing & Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change if:

Guest count increases

Event duration changes

Service scope is expanded

Location logistics require additional staffing or travel

Any additional services requested after booking may result in added fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate event details

Ensure legal compliance with all local alcohol laws

Provide a safe and suitable working environment

Obtain any required event permits

Tipsy Tipping reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or disruptive.

6. Alcohol & Legal Compliance

Tipsy Tipping does not sell alcohol unless explicitly stated in writing and permitted by law.

The client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol unless otherwise agreed upon.

We strictly adhere to Michigan liquor laws and reserve the right to:

Request valid identification

Refuse service to minors

Refuse service to intoxicated individuals

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for partial refund of payments beyond the deposit.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

If Tipsy Tipping must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

8. Liability Limitation

Tipsy Tipping shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Weather-related disruptions

Venue-related restrictions

Guest misconduct

Injuries caused by intoxicated guests

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

9. Property Damage

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests to equipment provided by Tipsy Tipping. Any damages must be reported immediately.
